His deep background in strength and conditioning has produced numerous national-level athletes across Rugby Union, Bobsleigh, Powerlifting, and Olympic weightlifting, a testament to the versatility and effectiveness of his coaching methodology.

A British Champion in multiple weight categories including 102kg, 109kg, and 109+kg, Benedict brings a rare competitive authority to his coaching practice.
