This website, roninstrength.co.uk, is operated by Ronin Strength Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 13215537. Our registered office is Long Thong Farm, Clopton, Kettering, Northamptonshire, England, NN14 3DZ. In these Terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Ronin Strength Ltd, and “you” refers to the person using our site or coaching services.

By using this website or signing up for coaching, you agree to these Terms.

2. Our Services

We provide 1:1 online strength coaching across Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting, and Hybrid programming, delivered through our coaching platform. We also run workshops and mentorships from time to time, listed on our Education page when available.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to sign up for coaching directly. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must register and consent on your behalf.

4. Your Account

When you sign up for coaching, you will be given access to our coaching platform. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Payments And Billing

Coaching programmes are billed on a recurring monthly subscription basis, at the rate shown on our Coaching page at the time you sign up. Payment is taken automatically each billing cycle until you cancel.

All payments are non refundable. This includes partial months, unused sessions, and any billing cycle already in progress at the time of cancellation. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to coaching until the end of your current billing period, but no refund will be issued for that period.

We reserve the right to change our pricing. Where we do, we will give reasonable notice before the change applies to your next billing cycle.

6. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at the email address below. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, in line with the non refundable policy set out above.

7. Health And Fitness Disclaimer

Strength training, weightlifting, and powerlifting carry an inherent risk of injury. By participating in our coaching programmes, you confirm that you are medically fit to undertake the training prescribed, or that you have consulted a doctor before starting.

Nothing provided through our coaching, website, or communications constitutes medical advice, and it should not be treated as a substitute for professional medical guidance.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our website or coaching platform, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting the service, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including programming, text, graphics, and branding, is owned by Ronin Strength Ltd or licensed to us, and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without our permission.

10. Third Party Services

Our website and coaching delivery rely on a number of third party services, including our coaching platform, Hostinger for hosting, WordPress as our content management system, Google (Gmail) for email correspondence, WPForms for certain forms, and Meta (Instagram) for social content. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of these third party services, though we choose providers we consider reliable.

11. Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ronin Strength Ltd will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or coaching services. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

If you have a question, an issue with billing, or a complaint, please contact us at kdotspeed@gmail.com or via our Contact page. We aim to acknowledge all queries within 5 business days and to resolve most issues within 14 days.

13. Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the site or our coaching services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
